On January 13, 2022, at 11:00 am CT, 12:00pm ET, Keith spoke on a panel at a NIRI Twin Cities virtual program, "How the SEC's New Universal Proxy Rules Will Make Companies More Vulnerable to Activist Investors," that discussed the SEC's new rules mandating the use of a universal proxy card in contested director elections, how the rules impact more than just contested director elections, and their potential "game-changing" impact on shareholder activism.
